Subscriptions

When you choose Subscribe & Save, you receive a new shipment on the schedule shown at checkout (every 30, 60, or 90 days, depending on how many bottles you chose) and your payment method is charged for each shipment until you cancel.

We email you before every renewal, so the charge is never a surprise.

You can skip, reschedule, or cancel at any time from the link in your order confirmation email or from your account, in a few clicks, without contacting us. If you cancel before your next renewal date, you will not be charged again.

Once a renewal order has been placed, that order is final. Damaged, wrong, or missing items are always covered. See our Refund Policy at https://pairella.com/policies/refund-policy for details.
