It started with "maybe it's just me"
We read thousands of posts from women on the pill. The same story kept showing up: crying at commercials, a flat "meh" where a person used to be, a brain like a cotton ball, and a doctor saying it can't be the pill. Then the 2am googling, and the only answers being "switch pills" or "quit".
What almost nobody mentioned is sitting in a handbook written for pharmacists: the pill is on the published list of medications that deplete nutrients, B6, magnesium and zinc among them, and the research goes back to 1973. Nobody was making the supplement that follows from it.
So we did. Not a cleanse, not a "hormone balancer", not another voice telling you to get off the pill. 4 nutrients, taken with it, ending with the pack: a refill for the drain nobody told you about.
